Tasks and responsibilities of governing bodies
The governing bodies of the parent company Outokumpu Oyj, i.e. the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board of Directors, and the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), have ultimate responsibility for Group management and Group operations. The Group Executive Committee reports to the CEO and is responsible for the efficient management of the Group.
