The CEO and Deputy CEO

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the company's operational management with the objective of securing significant and sustainable growth in the value of the company to its shareholders. The CEO prepares matters for decision by the Board of Directors, develops the Group in line with the targets agreed with the Board, and ensures the proper implementation of Board decisions. The CEO is also responsible for ensuring that existing laws and regulations are observed throughout the Group. The CEO chairs meetings of the Group Executive Committee. The Deputy CEO is responsible for attending to the CEO's duties in the event that the CEO is prevented from attending to them.
